Raamz, a well-known for his work in the Tollywood industry is all set for his next project “Fighter Raja” which will be released in August, 2024. After proving himself as a great designer, he is all set to rule Tollywood with his mindblowing acting skills. In the initial days of his acting career he got to work with famous celebrities like Rajnikanth, Chiranjeevi, Nagarjuna and Balakrishna.
Raamz switched gears and made his acting debut in the OTT film “Pachchis”. It was his first telugu feature film released on Amazon during Covid 19 Pandemic. This role tested his acting skills, where he had to portray a character with gambling addiction. In his recent release “Fighter Raja” he will be portraying the role of a Stuntman and a body double who works in the film industry. The Film encircles around the struggles of a stuntman who choses a certain path and then faces the consequences for his decision. He says, “I was always prepared for this role, as I have worked in the industry for two decades and hence I am very comfortable with portraying this character,” He further adds, “I have performed all the stunts by myself. Though it was challenging at first, it really taught me a lot.” Physical fitness is extremely important for such roles and he believes building strength, improving stamina, and increasing flexibility helped him through his stunts in the film. Being a fitness enthusiast he believed he could give justice to the character if he performed his stunts on his own.
Apart from acting for the film, Raamz has also contributed as a technician. He understands the craft, the story and the characters effortlessly relating to the audience which helps in the storyline. He has also doubled up as the Costume Designer for his Character. He says, “I strongly believe the clothes, the look and the hairstyle of a character should be appealing to the audience and hence I styled my character accordingly.” Raamz always wanted to get into the character and understand why audiences would relate to it.
Talking about his Fashion journey, He started his brand “Raamz” in 2013 along with his Wife. As a costume designer, he has worked with many reputed superstars like Mahesh babu, Allu Arjun, Ramcharan, Junior ntr, Dulquar Salman and many more.His creation is an amalgamation of modern aesthetics with classic southern workmanship. Being a Tollywood Film fanatic, the films served as a huge inspiration for him since childhood. The brand “Raamz” ideates upon both their ideas and creativity to design clothes. Raamz, along with his wife have dressed actors for various famous films. Some include “Rajnikanth’s Robot,” Bahubali, and has also been worn by Amitabh Bacchan. One could only imagine the talent he is going to bring on the big screen.
